In the mid 1990's, the founder of
ProMed Billing Services,
recognized quickly while working as an administrator of
a physicians practice that the business/accounting
knowledge required to successfully operate a medical
practice was desperately lacking. Thus,
ProMed Billing Services
was created with a strong background of business,
operational experience, and healthcare administration to
help those physicians get a better grasp of their
practice.

triple checks every claim we process using
state-of-the-art Medisoft software. Every claim is
instantly checked and cross-referenced against the
latest CPT, ICD-9, and HCPCS coding procedures to ensure
every claim we file is in compliance. Our claims are
electronically routed through a national clearinghouse,
checked again and then forwarded on to the insurance
providers. We receive an electronic report 24 hours
after submission with the status of your claim and can
track it's progress seamlessly.

that don't accept electronic claims with no additional
cost to your practice.
